Technical Specification

  • Abrasion/Wear Resistance – 1.40 mm to 1.8 mm much below the required rate of 3.5 mm for Non heavy duty and 2 mm for Heavy duty flooring in IS 1237 Of 1980 (reaffirmed in 2006)
  • Water Absorption (%) – 3% to 6% much below maximum of 10% allowed in IS 1237
  • Cold Crushing Strength/ Compressive Strength – 400 Kgs per cm sq to 600 Kgs per cm. Sq. against the IS 516
  • Flexural Strength/ Wet Transverse Strength – For heavy duty flooring 35 to 60 kgs/ Sq. cm against 30 kgs/sq. cm as per IS Specification (IS 1237)
  • Skid Resistance (BPN) – As per ASTM E303 shall not be less than 25. Our test results achieved always more than 45
  • Fade Resistance – As per DIN 51094 color change should not be there. No color change observed in our product.
  • Flatness – As per IS Specification shall not exceed 1 mm (IS 1237)
  • Impact Resistance by Co-efficient of Restitution – As per ISO: 10545 0.85 Good Impact Resistant.
